Raffle

A charity raffle is a game of chance by which the players have the opportunity to win something in return for buying a ticket for entry. Draws are one off, although a charity may hold multiple raffles throughout the year. Raffle has traditionally been a game where players purchase a physical ticket and those tickets are drawn at random. More often now, charity raffles involve a digital element for players to enter online and/or through the post. Raffle is one of the products charities use as part of their prize-led fundraising and is covered by the Gambling Commission LCCP. You can read more about raffles in this blog.
