I work with our charity partners on their raffles and lotteries. I love chatting to people and working with them from first contact all the way through to developing their programme with them. Affinity Lottery is especially rewarding as we often work with smaller charities who wouldn’t ordinarily be able to access a product like lottery.

I head up the Projects & Campaign Operations team who are responsible for the onboarding of our charity partners into the business. The team supports our partners throughout our relationship for campaign briefing, technical or business process change. We have a great breadth of knowledge and expertise because of the number of programmes we’ve worked on over time. What’s more, we’re great at listening to what is needed and then constructively challenging the status quo to find ways the supporter experience can be improved and processes can be streamlined.

I’ve worked in the charity fundraising sector for over 15 years, and I’m driven by helping charities raise more, more effectively for their causes.

I head up the marketing for Woods Valldata. My favourite part of the role is leading our series of webinars alongside Helen Daw. The webinars are aimed at providing valuable benchmarks and insights to support our charity partners make even better informed decisions about their fundraising activities.

I work in the finance team as a management accountant. Along with the rest of the finance team, we ensure that all aspects of the internal finance function run smoothly and report back to department heads and the wider business on overall company performance. My favourite part of the job is working alongside a great team of people here at Woods Valldata. Whilst we do a serious job, we do have fun doing it!

My role is very diverse and challenging as I am responsible for the three inbound operation teams within Woods Valldata: Mail processing, Banking and Supporter Services.  No two days are the same and it’s this variety that I love and which feeds my passion for excellent customer service. I interact with all areas of the business, clients and third party providers. Inbound Operations is the starting point for responses coming in, whether it is postal, email or by phone and its feels great knowing we are helping such amazing causes. We receive some wonderful messages of support too which always brings a smile to my face.

I have been the Warehouse Manager at Woods Valldata since 2014. My team and I look after, store and manage all our client’s stock ensuring accurate stock levels are reported and maintained. It gives me great satisfaction knowing that the great work we do each day helps so many fantastic causes.

Since I transitioned from the Inbound Operations teams to Campaign management, I have enjoyed the new perspective of this role which is very much client facing. Transferring my knowledge from my 16 years’ experience with the Inbound Operations team I am able to provide clients an insight to how best they can manage their campaigns, or how to process ad-hoc projects that can be quite complex. The campaign management team are the first wheel in the cog of client response handling for postal/emails and online. Our professional relationships with our charity partners is fundamental in providing an excellent service delivery for them.

What started as a temporary job for 2 weeks turned into a 13 year career here at Woods Valldata and the role within the cut sheet room has evolved a lot in that time. Woods Valldata have given me opportunities to broaden my skill set and develop as a person.
