This series of reports and webinars was delivered in stages by Woods Valldata between May 2020 and February 2021. Packed with data, statistics, insight and invaluable information for charities during this unprecedented period of uncertainty, these resources will be useful for months and years to come.
About the reports & webinars
Each report utilises a controlled set of data to ensure robust results. Aggregated and anonymised data has been used from Woods Valldata charity clients. Data is not included where it is neither comparable to an equal campaign or data set 2019/2020 or is not part of an emergency appeal.
We were delighted to welcome a number of senior fundraisers from well-known UK charities as guest speakers for our webinars. Find out how they tackled the crisis as they shared their own insights and experiences with us. Speakers included:
- Webinar 1 – Gina Almond, Blind Veterans UK
- Webinar 2 – Jayne George, RNLI
- Webinar 3 – Guy Upward, The Royal British Legion
- Webinar 4 – Simon Beresford, DEC
“The months ahead will be taking us into the unknown, but the more information and data we have to help guide fundraising plans and strategy the better placed we will be to continue to raise the vital funds that our causes need.”
– Daniel Fluskey, Head of Policy and Internal Affairs, Chartered Institute of Fundraising, in response to the first of our four ‘Impact of COVID-19 on Individual Giving’ reports.
“The reports and webinars that Woods Valldata provided during this incredibly tough period were a real lifeline. They brought the charity community together and everyone was able to come away not only with useful strategies to put into action, but also a strong feeling of solidarity with other charities.”
– Ian Scarr, CEO, Woods Valldata
