Cash appeal

A cash appeal in individual giving fundraising is an ask communication to a set, or sets, of supporters across a given time period. Cash appeals might be requesting support for a specific project with which the charity is involved (restricted income), or it might be for generic support of the charity and the work that the charity does (unrestricted income).
