New HQ Development Announcement
We are delighted to announce that we are developing a brand new, purpose-built Headquarters in Chippenham.
We have recently completed the purchase of 2.4 acres of land on Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate and have commenced the design of a purpose built HQ, which is due for completion in early 2018.
This development heralds the start of an exciting new phase for Woods Group. At a time when the Charity Sector is undergoing significant upheaval, our investment in these impressive new facilities is proof of our commitment to charity fundraising and of our continued drive to deliver sector leading services and expand both our capacity and capability for our clients.
The development of the new HQ will enable us to consolidate our existing 4 sites into one, bringing all 85 employees together in over 45,000 square feet of office and fulfilment space.
The move will give us total oversight and custodial control of all our processes – controls that are essential to ensure ongoing compliance with all regulations and standards, to the highest degree. The move will also deliver very meaningful efficiency savings across all areas of the business, ensuring we can offer long-term, effective solutions to all customers.
Our decision to invest in the new facilities underlines the Board’s commitment to deliver the very best service to our existing clients. In the interim, to support the ongoing growth of the business, we have expanded and reconfigured our current response handling centre, adding an additional 50% capacity.
Now work has finished, we would like to welcome both existing and prospective clients to visit our improved response handling centre in the current building. Equally, we look forward to opening up our new Headquarters to all clients in 2018.
